I’m Emma O’Toole, a Yoga Teacher, qualified Sports Massage Therapist, and Neuromuscular Therapy practitioner based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. I help people who are dealing with neck and shoulder tension, lower back discomfort, hip tightness, desk-related stiffness, injury guarding, sports-related tension, or simply a body that feels tired, restricted, or disconnected.
My work brings together hands-on sports massage, Neuromuscular Therapy training from Bev Porrino, online and in-person yoga, chair yoga, mindful movement with Hanna Somatics training from Align Somatics, breath awareness, and practical body education. Rather than only focusing on the area that feels sore, I look at how your body moves, compensates, protects, and holds tension, so we can support the bigger picture gently and effectively.
Whether you are returning to movement, recovering from injury, sitting at a desk for long hours, training regularly, feeling stressed in your body, or looking for beginner-friendly yoga in a supportive environment, my approach is calm, caring, and personal to you.
I also offer corporate wellness sessions, including workplace yoga, chair yoga, desk-friendly movement, posture and movement education, stress-relief workshops, practical talks, and sports massage for workplace wellbeing days.
My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more confident in your own body. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to begin. You only need to be curious about feeling better.
